There ON the property....

Here comes the first building down the driveway
And the second one right behind it.
The third one is coming up seperately from
Wildwood since they only had two transporter trucks.

They leveled out the dirt and are getting the first building into position

And now the middle building

And here was the last view of them.  We had to leave to get back home so Rob could work.

The modular's journey down the dirt road....

Rob went up to guide them in and over an hour later wasn't back so we walked about 3/4 mile down the road to find 1 of the 3 buildings stuck coming.  Also apparently the guy moving it also upset one of the neighbors by cutting her limbs of her tree that were hanging over the road.  So off the left is Rob soothing our first encounter with the neighbors.

Made it past getting stuck, onward...
Our first encounter with the police notice the car to the left of Rob's truck...
This is a result of the upset neighbor, everything ended well though. Phew!
2 of the buildings at the top going around a very sharp corner thanks to the guy on the corner extending his fence 5 foot out each way.
Notice how tight it is and they had to do this 3 times...

Made it past the corner and coming down the road.

This is why we decided to go with the Modular House Option

So after looking at several places within our price range we decided while untraditional this would actually be a less expensive way to go with more freedom to make a floorplan that we liked.  And like I said in the above post we could also do upgrades as we go and pay cash for them.  The first two photos the owner didn't realize the tarp had blown off and it was pretty much a total loss inside, sad.

This one was nice except there were many soft floors and it was on the smaller side

This one I imagine they were evicted from because EVERY room looked like someone had used for knife throwing practice.  It was huge though and the floor plan was ideal. Just would have been a complete gut.

After looking at many mobile homes we are.....

After looking at many mobile homes we are going towards an untraditional home.  Anybody who knows us knows we definately think and do outside the box.  So this will be a journey to see this shabby Day Care turn into a home that for us. When the 3 buildings are put together it will be approx 2300 sqft.  In doing this we are hoping to owe little to nothing on the house and do upgrades as we can afford them.   Here are a few photos of modular daycare on property in Wildwood.
